Our Story

A Corner of Andalucía, Right in Old Estepona

Sol & Sazón was born from a simple belief: that the best tapas tell a story. We took a sun-bleached house on Estepona's Plaza de las Flores, stripped it back to its terracotta bones, and built a kitchen that treats Andalusian tradition with modern respect.

The oxtail is slow-braised until it melts into the croqueta. The octopus is kissed by the grill and finished with a paprika aioli. The jamón is cut to order, paired with a glass of chilled fino from Jerez.
